I hate washing dishes. This has been an off and on challenge for me. I start off good but then I fall off the wagon and next thing you know, there is a pile of dishes in my sink again. I've done Flylady which I really do recommend, but it's just like anything else, you have to still commit to doing things. One thing I've learned from Flylady, is creating a new habit. Sadly, I've never committed to the 28 day's (except for the babystep program she does) to create a habit. Today, I've decided to start a 28 day challenge, which hopefully at the end of the 28 days I will start a new, good habit. Since washing dishes is so hard for me to do, I'm going to commit myself to doing dishes at least once a day. Yeah, I've gone day's without washing dishes, it's sad but true. I feel I have to do dishes 3 times a day, but seeing that on my to do list can seem overwhelming and dreadful. So if I do it at least once (more if I feel like it), I may not feel so ugh about washing dishes.
